Zak specializes in individualized guided functional nutrition and movement catered to long term, optimal health and performance. For the past decade, I have worked closely with individuals ranging from A list celebrities, professional/collegiate athletes, business executives, and blue collar workers. I utilize my deep knowledge of foundational movement, movement patterns, corrective exercise, athletic performance, functional nutrition/health to approach care from a root cause perspective. While most practitioners and professionals will focus on nutrition and its effect from a macro standpoint, I focus on applying it functionally where we utilize food, nutrients, and lifestyle strategies to support optimal function of the body’s systems, based on individual needs, symptoms, and lab data. Combining this with targeted, specific movement to fit individualized needs gives you the full spectrum treatment to achieve optimal health without needless un-natural interventions.
